I truly enjoyed the hotel, it was amazing and fairly clean with magnificent location central to everything in the Chicago downtown area. The staff was attentive, decent.

Best possible location, just close to an Oak street. Found in a very beautiful part of the town.

huge, reasonably large room, really enjoyed it. the large bathroom with a bathtub and a shower. the location was excellent and incredible, just 5 min walk from downtown chicago.

Fantastic views, spacious apartment with great interaction spaces, privacy with individual bathrooms, convenient washer dryer, perfectly located near transportation and attractions, friendly staff and fellow travelers.

We stayed in well-appointed and reasonably large room with 2 bathrooms, and liked it.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Very convenient location to public transit. Parking was safe and secure. Plenty of room in the apartment for the family, and a nice view of the city. Conveniently located next to grocery (osco jewel) and restaurants.

Parking was fairly expensive. One of the elevators wasn't working, so waits for the elevator were a bit long sometimes.

We loved the hotel's great location and the friendly staff. The room had an amazing view. The hotel was conveniently situated near downtown, only a 20-minute walk away. It was also very easy to walk to the Illinois & State bus station.

Fairly clean venue with excellent location right in the heart of the city. Location close to all the main attractions and shopping areas, and restaurants, underground rail and free pier bus.

Our rooms were well-appointed and large in our bedrooms. It was in an excellent and incredible location with an Oak street nearby.

The property offers good prices. It is a very well decorated hotel with absolutely superb view of the Chicago skyline. The staff are attentive, the rooms are spotless and well-equipped. Own bathroom is large.

We stayed here for Christmas and we were pleasantly surprised with two complimentary gifts: a bottle of wine and a box of chocolates! The location was perfect, we were close to all the shopping and restaurants we wanted to go to. The best part for us was having a balcony with a view of the city, it was amazing to sit out there and enjoy the skyline.

The furniture was outdated and the couch was not very comfortable. The noise from the street was sometimes bothersome, especially at night.

This place is perfect and meets all the demands for a 4-star hotel with its amazing design.

I had booked a 2 br 2 Bath room and we were told upon checkin that the only room that was left was a one bed one bath with a sleeper sofa in it. Thankfully it was divided with a door, so we both could have somewhat of our own space, but it would have been so nice to be able to shut everything off from each other. Thankfully I like my boss enough that it was fine for a short term stay, but it would have been a solid 10 had the staff made an effort to find and accommodate our original reservation as booked with the 2 Bed / 2 Bath Apartment.

I'm hooked on this place there's nothing quit like it.

This hotel is an absolute gem in terms of value for money. The prices are incredibly reasonable for the level of service and attention to detail provided. The location is also fantastic, right in the center with great public transportation options nearby. I loved being able to walk to everything I needed in the downtown area, and the fact that it's just diagonally across from the train station is a major plus. The rooms on the 28th floor offer breathtaking views of downtown Chicago, and the basic amenities provided were more than sufficient.

All was absolutely fine, no complaints whatsoever.
